Vincent's - Making #foodporn together

Week in, week out, you can count on Vincent's. After all, they've been here in Vero Beach for more than 41 years. Whether you're in the mood for a "It's Friday night and I don't feel like cooking" pizza, or you're looking for a cozy, warm, comforting pasta dish, or you have a hankering for veal piccata like your Italian grandmother used to make, this is the place to find it.


Better yet, Vincent's turns out a new pasta special every week - and that's where you can almost always find Garden of Esther fresh pasta. Chef Vincent has a seemingly endless number of ways he prepares our pasta and we're always excited to see what he does next.


Over the past year, they've given you: our spinach tagliatelle with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes; pistachio encrusted swordfish over spinach ziti; and cilantro linguine with scallops and mussels. Sometimes we've been paired with short ribs, other times with a vegetable medley. And it was Vincent's who first suggested we try a saffron spaghetti.


The only way to know for sure what Vincent's will do with our fresh pasta is to go! So get yourself over to Vincent's asap and look for our spaghetti and penne on the Specials menu in the coming days. (Or order a pizza and eat it all yourself - no judgement!) We hope to see you there!
