Vincent's - it's what's for dinner!

We are just SO excited to now be on the Specials Menu at Vincent's that we forgot to show you what they made last week. Hopefully you had a chance to try it for yourself, but if you missed it, well, I gotta tell you it was divine.


Our spinach spaghetti was joined by a medley of ham, peas, and onions, plus a sauce which included white wine, cream, and another local favorite, Carmine and Lucia's olive oil, and then the whole thing was dusted with parmigiano reggiano cheese. It was a trifecta of local foods!

Aren't those little orecchiette so cute? These are also spinach-flavored, topped with a chicken sausage, broccoli, and a bit more spinach, mixed with an extra virgin olive oil, and then finished with a dusting of parmesan cheese.
