Vincent's Vero has been cooking up some Garden of Esther pasta again this week. They recently asked me to make them a spinach ziti - which I can readily do with my nifty new pasta extruder! Look what yumminess they created with it:
That's a pistachio encrusted swordfish in a grape tomato onion white wine reduction over our spinach ziti. Look how the green of the pistachio connects you to the green of the ziti - brilliant to behold and excellent to eat.
There's nothing I like better than seeing our fresh pasta paired with another Vero Beach local! #vincents
