The other day someone asked me how much pasta I make in the average week and I realized it was now in the neighborhood of 90 pounds! In less than a year, we've gone from one market to several, from a few pounds of pasta to 90. Hard work, yes, but also a generous dose of luck.
I am beyond grateful for this community. I grow or source as much as I can organically and locally and that resonates with people who shop at Farmers Markets. We are all together part of a movement to regain control of the food we choose to put in our bodies.
I am so happy to make this food for so many who appreciate it week after week. Thank you!
