Never heard of straw and hay? You combine yellow and green ribbony pastas and you have what the Italians call "paglia e fieno." Traditionally mixed with ham, cheese, and peas in a simple cream sauce, Susan's version features prosciutto in place of the ham for a truly Italian meal.
