Recipe - Roma tomato sauce

Thank you, Juli Havens, for sharing how you made your Garden of Esther pasta!

Remember - easy preparation always works well with fresh pasta. Juli made a traditional Roma tomato sauce for her fresh penne and garnished it with fresh basil. Just simmer a pile of diced tomatoes with some onion, basil, salt, and garlic (and maybe a pinch of sugar).
