So while I am roaming all over Italy, life goes on back home in Vero Beach. The sun comes up, the tide comes in, and people are still eating.
I'm thrilled to report that plenty of people are doing that eating at Vincent's. One of the oldest and most-revered restaurants in town, Vincent's will always have a special place in my heart because they were the very first to carry our fresh pasta.
And they continue to do so, week after week, even while I'm not there! Here is one of the most recent Garden of Esther fresh pasta dishes featured at Vincent's:
That's our penne topped with roasted chicken sausage and peppers and onions. I haven't tried this one myself, obviously, but friends who did have reported it's as delicious as everything else you'll ever encounter at Vincent's.
I'm not sure which warms my heart more - that our relationship with Vincent's continues to flourish, or that I have such a reliable, trustworthy team at home that I can leave for weeks and they do a great job filling pasta orders with our restaurant customers. Being an entrepreneur can be isolating, but it's moments like this that show me that I'm not alone.
