It takes a village

I am so grateful for the individuals who have helped me grow from one market to eight, from a few pounds of pasta a week to nearly 100.

But another critical piece of the puzzle that allows start-ups like Garden of Esther to thrive is the helping hand of other established local businesses.

You've heard me talk about Vincent's Vero before, and I hope to keep talking about them for a long time. They do some wonderful things with my pasta. Here's one take on my beet pasta that they did recently:
