Nothing says summer dining like pasta primavera. It's a like a gardenful of sunshine-ripe vegetables, perfect for the hot and sticky days of summer in Florida. And the best part of this pasta primavera?
It's made with Garden of Esther fresh pasta! Our thanks to Citron Bistro for including us in this special menu (more details on that below).
Can you guess which of our pastas Citron in using in this dish? That's our garlic basil rigatoni. Garlic-basil was one of our first pasta flavors and it was terrific to have the opportunity to make it again for Citron. It's the perfect companion for a primavera preparation.
How do you get your hands (and forks) on this?
Head on over to Citron Bistro for their new Sunset Menu. As the name implies, it's available only during the best sunset viewing hours: 4:30 - 6pm, Mondays through Saturdays. (And as a three-course prix fixe menu, it's also a smokin' deal.)
Citron has a beautiful and spacious outdoor patio perfect for an early evening dinner with friends and it's the kind of neighborhood restaurant that makes Vero Beach the fantastic place it is. Everyone is tired of cooking by now, so head on over to Citron and let them take care of you for an evening. You'll be so glad you did.
