Garden of Esther now at Watermark Grille!
We love to introduce you to new and noteworthy restaurants and we've got a winner for you today - Watermark Grille. Located a little north of us, in Malabar, it's absolutely worth your while to take a little drive to check it out. And you'll never guess whose fresh pasta is in not one but two dishes!
With a brand new menu to usher in 2020, Chef Eddie Hunter has outdone himself. We recently visited and had an evening of delicious dining.
Garden of Esther is so flattered to be included in the eponymous Watermark Pasta: GoE fresh (spinach) pasta, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Portobello mushrooms, Swiss chard, and leeks in a white wine sauce. As prepared, this is even a vegan meal, although we added some grilled shrimp to ours.

Chef Eddie has included our fresh pasta in a second dish as well (not pictured), with his chicken piccata resting atop our traditional linguine.

Chef Eddie has fashioned a warm and inviting atmosphere, with simple and elegant dining rooms that make you feel like you're eating in the home of your most stylish friend. And the food - heavy on fresh and local ingredients, including an ever-changing catch of the day, and a choice for each of your pickiest friends - is as delectable as it is beautiful.

Perched only steps from the ocean, Watermark Grille already feels like a classic coastal restaurant. Who wouldn't say yes to a stroll on the beach after dinner here?

We love having the opportunity to work with such talented and local culinary stars like Eddie!

Let us help you decide what's for dinner tonight - head up to Watermark Grille in Malabar. You'll wind up with a new restaurant to add to your list of local faves.
