You asked for a gluten-free pasta and we were happy to oblige with our GF fusilli. But did you know that it has even more going for it than that?

Our GF pasta is made with garbanzo bean (aka chickpea) flour, which means it contains DOUBLE the protein and only HALF the carbs of regular pasta?

So don't let anyone tell you pasta is "all carbs" or has no nutritional value. Sure, if you buy white pasta in a box from the supermarket, that might very well be true. But Garden of Esther pasta definitely has a place in a healthy diet.
