Vero Beach is so lucky to have Vincent's! Great food and great people - we've been so warmly welcomed by them. We're flattered and thrilled that they routinely order fresh pasta from us for their customers.
Most recently it was spinach tagliatelle:
The seared chicken with sun-dried tomatoes, arugula, and shaved parmesan cheese over spinach tagliatelle was as good as it looks in the picture.
And here's a fun fact about Vincent's: founded over 40 years ago, it was named after the new baby of the husband and wife owners and it's that very same Vincent who is the chef who made this wonderful creation with our pasta!
When people say that Vincent's is a family restaurant and a Vero Beach institution, they are not kidding around.
