Can't get enough of Vincent's Vero

We had dinner (again) at Vincent's Vero the other night and boy do they do some exciting things with our fresh pasta. This time it was one of our newer products - cilantro linguine - topped with sea scallops, mussels, and a zucchini-tomato bruschetta, and all of it in a mandarin orange white wine sauce. This isn't one you want to try at home - come to Vincent's for this experience.

How lucky are we, that we can get such fresh, delicious food, right in our own backyard? The Vero Beach local dining scene is a true gift! #vincents

Look at this! Gorgeous! I'd like to say I didn't eat it because it was too pretty but I'd be lying.
